Our standard turnaround time is 48-72 hours for most orders. However, rush services are available for an additional charge.

Yes! If you’ve previously ordered a design, we can reprint it for you anytime. Just provide your order details when requesting a reorder.

11. What fabrics work best with your DTF transfers?

Our DTF transfers work great on cotton, polyester, blends, and even dark-colored fabrics, providing vibrant colors and durability.

12. How do I apply a DTF transfer?

To apply a DTF transfer:

• Set your heat press to 300-325°F
• Press for 10-15 seconds using medium pressure
• Allow it to cool (cold peel)
• Peel the film, then press again for 5-10 seconds with parchment paper for a smooth finish

13. Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order (e.g., printing errors or damaged products), contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.

14. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future.
